Valley’s Preferred Website Wins Gold Award in National Digital Marketing Competition

Valley Preferred, the preferred provider organization affiliated with Lehigh Valley Hospital Network, (LVHN), received a “Gold” recognition in the 2nd Annual Healthcare Digital Marketing (HDM) Awards competition. The award, won in the Institutional Website-Update category, celebrates the organization’s newly redesigned, restructured website ValleyPreferred.com in partnership with developer Keenan-Nagle Advertising, Allentown, Pa.
“We undertook a major overhaul to better align our digital presence with the new initiatives and innovations currently underway at Valley Preferred and to create a better user experience for all,” says Laura Mertz, Valley Preferred’s Associate Executive Director. “We are committed to helping patients – whether they are employees, individuals, or part of company populations – understand the connection between insurance, quality, and health care value. The national HDM competition began its efforts to recognize creative excellence in the pioneering area of digital health care marketing in 2020. Entries in the 2021 competition were received from nearly 1,000 health care and medical institutions, according to a release from competition sponsor HDM Awards of Roswell, GA. Its website states, “A national panel of industry specialists review each piece, judging creativity, marketing execution, message impact, technology application and innovation content.”
