Clinical Integration Education Program
As a progressive group of dedicated physicians, we are focused on defining the shortfalls of traditional methods and developing new systems to improve quality and value over the long term. By working together in this new era of affordable care, we continue to make strides in improving the ways that health services are delivered. Valley Preferred provides a resource through which optimal clinical outcomes can be achieved for all of its member physicians. We support this goal by offering incentives, via Achieving Clinical Excellence®, for attending and/or presenting at a Clinical Integration Education Program event.
The Clinical Integration Education Program offers two approaches for integration:
Forum meetings are scheduled throughout the calendar year. Subject matter experts will present to an audience of member physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians.
Practice meetings to individual practices can be requested by a primary care practice (for educational purposes) or the specialist (targeted area for improved performance). Physician Advocacy Liaisons will assume responsibility in scheduling a speaker for the identified topic.
NOTE: Requests to participate in a Clinical Integration Education Program must be approved prior to scheduling an event.
To obtain a submission form for participation in a Clinical Integration Education Program or have any questions regarding the program or process, please contact a Physician Advocacy Liaison.
