That applies to everything from education, and questions or problems, to data and information. You can pick up the phone and get immediate access, even to the highest level. Or you can talk to the Physician Advocacy Liaisons, who will get you an answer or connect you with the right resource. For data, there’s the Secure Provider Portal, which is extremely valuable for independent physicians. That portal provides highly useful information that would take countless hours to obtain if we had to do it manually.
