  • It’s Soup Season! There is no doubt that cooking up a hearty soup with fresh ingredients in your own kitchen is better than opening a can from the grocery store. Use some free time this winter to explore ingredients and try out new tastes. The health rewards are great, as are the moments you sip a cup in front of the fire or while watching a movie you’ve been wanting to see.
