Use some free time this winter to explore ingredients and try out new tastes. The health rewards are great, as are the moments you sip a cup in front of the fire or while watching a movie you’ve been wanting to see.

Consider stowing the technology and flipping the pages through a mystery, biography, memoir, or frivolous work of fiction!
