From the Desk of John Stoeckle, MD, CHQS, Medical Director of Valley Preferred
As we enter the final months of 2025, I want to reflect on our shared progress and highlight what is ahead. Valley Preferred continues to advance its mission of supporting clinicians and improving community health. This year, we have strengthened infrastructure, expanded offerings, and introduced tools to reduce administrative burden—allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
We remain committed to strengthening our contributions to the Jefferson enterprise, with leadership focused on a healthy, sustainable path of integration.
Our Achieving Clinician Excellence® (ACE) program remains central to this effort. We are excited to issue the first incentive payouts tied to high-impact quality measures this fall—recognizing your dedication to improving outcomes and advancing value-based care.
Operational efficiency has also improved, including a successful rebuild of the Secure Information Portal (SIP) and enhancements to delegated credentialing, helping clinicians begin patient care sooner. These gains reflect cross-team collaboration and a shared commitment to innovation.
Through the American Medical Association (AMA) Health Systems Partnership, we have offered free AMA membership to all member physicians and a wide range of CME resources to all members and participants.
Looking ahead, we will continue to prioritize quality, engagement, and equipping you with the tools and support needed to thrive in a changing health care landscape.
Thank you for your partnership and the exceptional care you provide every day. Together, we are shaping a stronger future for our patients and communities.
