Melissa M. Miller, MPH
Physician Advocacy Liaison
Working collaboratively as part of the Valley Preferred liaison team, Melissa helps coordinate and support activities related to Achieving Clinical Excellence® (ACE). As a primary liaison to Valley Preferred physicians and practice staff, she facilitates and executes successful practice engagement. This may include, among other activities, conducting personal outreach with practice managers and clinicians, identifying opportunities for process improvement, using data to assist practitioners with meeting quality and performance metrics, assisting with technological or procedural education, and assisting with educational and operational meetings. Melissa also serves as the point of contact for the Valley Preferred “Perks” program, which supports practices interested in health insurance and other services available exclusively to members and participants.
Melissa holds a Master of Public Health from Chamberlain University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
