Jolene Hahn, MBA, CPCS

As director, Jolene is responsible for oversight of member and participant recruitment for Valley Preferred, contracting, education, and support of, and problem resolution for, providers for all networks managed by Valley Preferred. Jolene serves as liaison between providers, payers, and other network-affiliated groups to enhance relationships and ensure successful outcomes. She provides leadership to the Provider and Payer Services team engaged in facility/physician contracting, recruiting, and provider and practice advocacy. Jolene and her team maintain multiple provider networks, fee schedules, and coordinate all related projects.

Jolene brings 18+ years of experience at LVHN and Populytics to Valley Preferred, including 6 years in Human Resources, 5 ½ years in LVHN Medical Staff Services, and 5 years within the Provider and Payer Services department.
