Dan Bair has supported Valley Preferred’s day-to-day operations since March 2025 and brings nearly two decades of experience in population health and health care service line administration. Prior to joining Valley Preferred, Dan successfully developed, led and unified Clinically Integrated Networks, culminating in the January 2024 integration of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic’s Quality Health Alliance, Mercy Accountable Care and Delaware Care Collaboration as Regional Executive Director. An expert in value-based care and alternative payment models, Dan implemented and managed numerous commercial payer arrangements and several Medicare Shared Savings Programs. He holds a Master of Science in Health Administration from St. Joseph’s University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Respiratory Therapy from Millersville University. He resides here in the Lehigh Valley.
