Danielle Pelucacci, BSN, RN, AMB-BC

Quality Improvement Liaison

In her role as a Quality Improvement Liaison, Danielle provides essential clinical expertise to quality improvement activities. She works directly with physicians and staff to identify and resolve obstacles that impede the pursuit of quality in individual and practice performance. This may involve closing care gaps, process or system upgrades, and initiating avenues for obtaining data from non-Epic based offices.

Danielle’s background includes clinical experience as an RN Care Navigator and a Nurse Navigator. In these roles she provided education and resources, assisted in planning and implementing programs, facilitated process and educational design of workflows, and coordinated and mentored health coaches and nursing students. Previous to that, she spent several years as a registered nurse in three different hospitals. Danielle is finishing a Master of Science in Health Psychology and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a Minor in Psychology, as well as certificates in management, ambulatory nursing, and medical billing and coding. She also serves on the Professional Excellence Council and Evidenced-Based Practice Committee at LVHN.
