Gregory G. Kile
Chair, Valley Preferred Board of Trustees
Gregory Kile was the founding Executive Director of the Lehigh Valley Physician Hospital Organization (LVPHO). Mr. Kile is currently President and Chief Executive Officer of Populytics, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), specializing in population health management and advanced analytics. He is also Chief Insurance Officer at LVHN. In this role, he is responsible for advancing population health management initiatives and leading the development of LVHN’s insurance-related competencies, accelerating efforts related to payment innovation. Mr. Kile brings considerable experience in the payer realm after serving as Chief Innovation Officer at Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania (BCNEPA), now operating as Highmark, for three years during his long career.
Adding to his credentials, Mr. Kile is member of the American College of Healthcare Executives; the Industry Leadership Council for the Health Systems Engineering Program at Lehigh University; the Burn Prevention Network; and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He is on the Board of Trustees for Lehigh Valley Health Services and Populytics, Inc. Through his generous contributions to LVHN year-after-year, Populytics is a distinguished member of The President’s Society, a prestigious body under the Office of Philanthropy that helps ensure LVHN patients receive access to the finest possible health care.
